We ship everything via USPS priority mail within the continental U.S.,
Alaska and Hawaii. Priority mail service provides for delivery anywhere
in the continental U.S. in 2-3 business days. In-stock items are
normally shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders received on Saturday,
Sunday or during a holiday will not be processed until the next
business day.

SALES TAX
Please note that Florida residents will be charged sales tax, based on the total cost of products ordered before shipping.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
On credit card transactions, we accept shipping to an address that is different from the billing address.

BACKORDERS
You will not be charged for a back ordered item until it is shipped and
no additional shipping charges will be incurred. We will send an email
when the back-ordered item ships. If you wish to cancel a back-ordered
item, you may do so at any time before the item ships.
RETURNS
We can accept a return on any item that has not been used for 30 days after date purchase.
- We can only accept returns that we have pre-authorized. To
obtain pre-authorization, please send a detailed e-mail to
info@cote-lavande.com describing the nature of the problem, your reason
for requesting a refund, and your order number.
- Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot
accept returns of used or partially used products. We may issue a store
credit when circumstances warrant.
- You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges
when making a return, unless we authorize other arrangements prior to
shipping.

are correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge. They have been
